Предварительный усилитель с моей точки зрения не удачный, питание микросхем с искусственной землёй ведёт к постоянным помехам при одно полярном питании. Если питание переделать на двух полярное, всё отлично. Так что на счёт предварительного усилителя смотрите внимательно
